I became certified after I took Postpartum Recovery ® after having my 3rd baby. I knew that I had to become an Instructor to help share this information

This 3 hour class will teach you exercises and positions that promote optimal fetal positioning, relieve discomfort, and support an active labor. Additionally, you'll learn techniques to stay relaxed and focused, empowering you with the confidence and tools needed for a smoother birthing experience.

  • Prep4Partner™

Our 6 weeks Postpartum Recovery class is designed for early postpartum moms and their babies, focusing on physical recovery exercises and essential education on pelvic and core health. Participants will engage in gentle workouts tailored to support healing and regain strength, while also learning about common postpartum experiences and how to navigate them. This supportive environment helps new mothers connect, share, and recover both physically and emotionally.

  • Core4All™

Our 3-hour class for women of all ages combines a gentle workout, including chair-based options, with informative sessions on pelvic and core wellness. This class offers exercises designed to improve strength and flexibility while accommodating all fitness levels.
