Our Prep4Partner™ class equips couples with essential skills and knowledge to ensure the birth partner can provide exceptional support during labor, delivery and into the postpartum period. Through practical exercises, communication techniques, and hands-on practice, partners will learn how to effectively comfort, advocate for, and assist the birther. This class fosters teamwork and confidence, ensuring both partners feel prepared and connected throughout the birthing and postpartum experience.

You will teach partners how to use the birth ball, peanut ball, and CUB® to optimally progress  labor and enhance their birthing experience. This class is suitable for home, birth center and hospital births, and will support families who plan unmedicated and epidural laboring.
