Knoxville, TN Founder and CEO

Emily Wannenburg (“Memmy”) is the Founder and original face of #4TFM. A retired nurse midwife and women’s health and wellness advocate, Emily first opened the doors of 4th Trimester Fitness® in 2001 working with women in all stages of their “4 Trimesters”. It’s been her great joy to see this venture grow, adding more instructors who share her vision of preparing and equipping women, building strong mom communities, and experience the same joy and satisfaction from helping other women improve their quality of life. Emily is known as “Memmy” to her clients (Who call themselves “Memmys Mommas”), is married to a very patient fellow named Tom who supports her crazy ideas. Together they have two children and five grand babies, whom they are adore! Emily is certified in Birth Ball Basics™, Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™.


St. Augustine, Florida 4TFM Master Trainer

Lauren Giles serves on the curriculum consulting team for Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™ programs and as a Master Trainer for 4th Trimester Fitness® Method. Receiving her BA from Stetson University, she has spent the better part of the last decade as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in prenatal and postpartum exercise and as a corrective exercise specialist. She has gained a growing reputation as the go-to gal for women’s wellness in the St. Augustine, Florida area and is dedicated to providing evidence-based programs to her clients. She and her husband, Scott, love to spend time at the beach or on their boat with their two boys. Lauren is certified in Birth Ball Basics™, Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™.

Jackie Baker is a graduate of University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has spent the last 6 years working as a labor and delivery nurse in various units. She is passionate about birth and the postpartum period. In particular she loves to help postpartum women blossom into their role as a mother. She can remember all of the caretakers that helped her in her own journey as a mother and is excited to be able to give back to others. Jacqueline is married and has 5 children. She enjoys homeschooling them along with helping them on their musical journey. She is certified to teach Birth Ball Basics and Postpartum Recovery® Fitness.

Debra Cuthill, CNM, APRN, MSN, is a Board Certified Nurse Midwife and founder of a Pregnancy and Postpartum Wellness and Fitness coaching business. With over 30 years of experience caring for pregnant and postpartum women Debra offers a breadth of experience with expertise in both routine and complicated pregnancies, and women's health.  Her passion and commitment is to partner with and support women on their health and wellness journey incorporating their specific interests, concerns and goals. Debra values building relationships with her clients so that they see the positive impact of client-centered wellness approach for the best possible outcomes. 


Terre Haute, Indiana

Jennifer Dascoli is certified to teach Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor Core & More™. Originally from Southern, NH, Jennifer is a mother to Ryan and wife to her military husband, Joey. Having moved many times, she has gained an honest understanding of what it means to have solid support system even when far from immediate family. This experience has grown in her a passion to encourage and support birthing families and through becoming a 4th Trimester Fitness Method certified instructor, she is able to help them to build support systems through fitness. Jennifer has worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for 8 years and loves yoga, boxing classes, cooking, and being out-of-doors with her family and 2 dogs. She’s excited to meet new moms and share what she has learned throughout her own journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Class information coming soon.

Keonshae Freeman is a certified personal trainer and birth-worker/doula. She graduated Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion. Keonshae teaches Zumba, group fitness, and childbirth education classes. She is excited to add Birth Ball Basics™ to the mix. When she isn’t in the gym, with family, or with a client, you can find Keonshae reading a good book or exploring parts of the Big Easy. Originally from Biloxi, MS, she lives in New Orleans with her husband and 5 children.


Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Kristin Gaspar teaches Birth Ball Basics™, Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™. Kristin holds a Masters of Education and is a former Elementary Education Teacher, mama to her son and daughter, and married to her high-school sweetheart, Marco. She is a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. She also is a Pn1 Nutrition Exercise Coach. She loves spending her free time with her family, going to the beach and getting a good workout in. She’s a devoted Christ follower and loves helping women reach their goals and supporting them on their fitness journey.

Amy Gougler is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. She started teaching group fitness in college and quickly fell in love with the fitness industry. A few year later, she became a NASM certified personal trainer and hasn’t looked back! As a mom of 3 young kids, Amy is passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum women strengthen and heal their bodies through fitness. Amy is certified to teach Birth Ball Basics™ and Postpartum Recovery® Fitness to her offerings.

Jessica Greene - has been a doula since 2014, her passion for supporting growing families began with the birth of her own children (Naomi and Bruce). As her knowledge grew, so did her confidence in our bodies' perfect design. Jessica's goal through teaching is to empower new families in the amazing ability that we have within ourselves. You can always find Jessica willing to go for a hike, or spend time outside with her big dog Thor.

Over the years Jessica has added to her skill set as a doula by becoming a certified Lamaze instructor, and in completion a 4th Trimester Fitness instructor.

Anne Homan is a former early childhood education teacher and enjoys natural-living/wellness topics. Anne, a mother to her 3 children, is a well-loved and experienced DONA certified doula, a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness instructor, and all around pelvic floor and core fitness enthusiast. She founded and leads a local group called “Mama Moves” in her community. Her passion is to educate women in their birthing choices and encourage them through their postpartum journey. Megan Luke is a graduate of Marquette University​ with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She spent 5 years as a RN in the Labor and Delivery and Mother/Baby Unit before working at an IV hydration spa. She is also a fitness and health coach, and a certified prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist. She is passionate about working with pregnant and postpartum women and their babies, and is excited to combine her two passions through teaching Birth Ball Basics™, Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™. Stefanie Lukins is a graduate of James Madison University and Richard Stockton College of NJ and is an Occupational Therapist specializing in the pediatric population. She is a mother to three children and had 3 very different birth experiences. Stefanie is passionate about helping moms prepare and recover from birth, especially if they had a challenging time. Stefanie loves to be physically active and encouraging others to do the same. Stefanie is certified to teach Birth Ball Basics™ and Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™.

Corri Martella is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently an OBGYN Clinic RN and Postpartum Doula, with previous experience in Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, and the NICU since 2015. Corri just became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2022. She loves to stay active by taking barre, yoga, or dance classes. She is very passionate about working with, taking care of, and educating the pregnant/postpartum woman, their partners and babies as a family during a special time in their life. Especially assisting with lactation & breastfeeding. She is excited to share her knowledge with as many families as she can reach through teaching Birth Ball Basics™, Postpartum Recovery® Fitness, and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™. Rebecca McKinney attended Duquesne and Old Dominion University majoring in exercise science and physical therapy aide. Rebecca is married to her husband Matt and is the mother of two children. Her own birth experiences led her to become a well known birth advocate running a successful Birth Doula practice in North Florida. She is a HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator, a Spinning Babies Certified Parent Educator, a Certified Lactation Counselor, and a Perinatal group fitness and personal trainer. Jolene Monckton Soon to be mum of two, and country girl at heart I started down a very different path. Graduating with a Bachelor Applied Science and Agribusiness before discovering a passion for pregnant and postpartum health following the birth of my son. During my time as a stay at home mum I completed a Certificate in Functional Nutrition and Certificate in Pre and Postnatal Coaching before coming across 4TFM. The mission behind 4TFM truly aligned with my passion and now being Certified in Birth Ball Basics™, I am studying Certificate 3 in Fitness to be able to educate and empower women in my local community and Australia wide.

Bethany Myhre is an ACSM certified exercise physiologist and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a MS in Exercise Physiology and BS in Kinesiology. She has over 6 years experience with group exercise classes and personal training. Bethany is most passionate about assisting pregnant and postpartum mamas in their fitness journeys. As a mom of two daughters, she understands the mental and physical challenges that come with pregnancy and the postpartum period. Her goals with teaching are: (1) to help pregnant mamas feel well-prepared and strong for any birth and (2) to equip postpartum mamas with functional exercises for optimal healing before returning to--or starting--exercise. .Bethany is certified in Birth Ball Basics™ and Postpartum Recovery® Fitness.

Natatia Peterson, MS. Ed, CD/PCD(DONA), C-CBE is from Canton, OH. She graduated from The University of Akron with a master’s degree in Education in 2009. Natatia has a passion for birth work and has been supporting women as birth doula and birth educator for the last five years. She is currently working on completing her midwifery certification to become a Certified Professional Midwife, through the National Midwifery Institute. She is married with four children, three boys and one girl. In her off time, she is the ultimate sports mom. She is certified to teach Birth Ball Basics.

Tiffany Garza teaches Birth Ball Basics™ and is completing her 4TFM training in Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor Core & More™. She has an extensive career in fitness as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, dance instructor and has also competed in body building competitions. Donyia Sameck teaches Postpartum Recovery® at Fruit Cove Baptist as a part of their fitness ministry. Rachel Stewart has a master's degree in criminal justice, but that did not prepare her for the job that is motherhood! Married with 2 daughters, she has developed a passion to help other moms on their journey into motherhood. She will tell you that taking Postpartum Recovery after her first birth was life-changing. During this class, she finally got answers to her questions/concerns that had previously been dismissed as "normal". She now knows that "common" does NOT mean "normal" when it comes to changes in our bodies and the way we function after having babies. With such a positive experience as a 4TFM client, her passion really took off and she became a 4TFM Instructor to help ensure that no mom feels dismissed during their pregnancy/postpartum experience. Felecia Thurman holds a degree in exercise science as well as group fitness certifications to teach group spinning classes, TRX, and is a Livestrong coach. She is a certified personal trainer and owns her own business. Her passion is to help women understand and help heal their bodies so they can live the full life they want and have confidence and the tools to achieve their goals. Her christian faith has always been her compass in life, and her biggest passion in life is getting to deeply know individuals, their hearts, and what makes them tick. Erika Watson-Lawson is a Duval County native.  Erika and her husband, Jerry, have 4 children that span from young adult to elementary schooler.  She graduated from the University of North Florida with a masters degree in nutrition, and is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. Supporting new moms during postpartum has been something Erika has instinctively done since she was a child.  Striving to educate and empower women holistically through nutrition, movement and as a birth/postpartum doula through her company Purely Nourishing Doula. Erika loves being a cheerleader and support person through out the pregnancy to postpartum journey. She centers her life around her faith and ministry, she enjoys going to the beach, cooking with family, and dancing. Erika is certified to teach Birth Ball Basics™.

Kristen Young is an East Tennessee native and a graduate of Maryville College. After graduation, Kristen became a high school English teacher and has been teaching since 2007. She is the wife of Justin and mama of three young children. Since becoming a mom, she has developed a love for all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum - especially supporting, educating, and encouraging the mamas, their partners, and their families. Because of this love, Kristen became an ICEA certified birth doula and childbirth educator. She is excited to combine her love of education and motherhood through 4TFM classes. In her free time, Kristen loves to read, listen to podcasts, visit local coffee shops, and cheer for her favorite sports teams. Kristen is certified to teach Birth Ball Basics™ and hopes to soon add Postpartum Recovery® Fitness and Pelvic Floor, Core & More™.


India

Pip Wilson is a mum of 3 and married to a cricket coach. She trained as a Pediatric Nurse in the UK but since moving to India 7 years ago has become a certified Childbirth Educator and runs prenatal classes for expecting parents. She is passionate about providing moms with evidence based knowledge and skills, empowering them to be confident in the choices they make throughout pregnancy and postpartum. After her own experience of postpartum recovery she is passionate about helping moms understand that having a strong core can help throughout pregnancy, labour and postpartum recovery. Pip runs Birth Ball Basics™ classes face to face and online and is beginning training in order to be able to provide Postpartum Recovery Fitness® and Pelvic Floor, Fore and More™ classes to moms across India. In her spare time she is learning Hindi and Urdu and she loves to eat and cook Indian food. She also loves traveling with her family, photography and hiking in beautiful places.
