A 6 weeks long mommy and me class that meets once a week to provide progressive, evidence based movement patterns to effectively recover from pregnancy and childbirth. Each week builds in strengthening exercises along with education covering topics such as diastasis recti, urinary leakage, return to running protocols, and other common concerns of motherhood to provide a solid foundation for the return to activities of daily life in their role as mothers.
