Prep4Birth Certification

3-Day Virtual Training
February 2nd, 9th, & 16th, 2025

4TFM is dedicated to

Improving Birth and Motherhood through Movement and Education!

and that begins with YOU!

What’s Prep4Birth all about?

A 3-hour childbirth education class for mothers-to-be to prepare physically and mentally for the rigors of labor and birth. Your students will gain an understanding of how the pelvis can be manipulated in labor to open the inlet and the outlet of the pelvis, and they will learn strengthening and stretching exercises for their pregnancy in preparation for their birth.

You will teach your clients how to use the birth ball, peanut ball, and CUB® to optimally progress  labor and enhance their birthing experience. This class is suitable for home, birth center and hospital births, and will support mothers who plan unmedicated and epidural laboring.

Build your fitness/education business by becoming a certified instructor in this 4TFM course. Bring in new clients and prepare your current clients for a better birthing experience!

Your instructor training investment includes:

  • Digital classroom materials

  • In Person training at the Knoxville, TN certification

  • Beautifully designed marketing materials, customizable for your own business

As a Doula, I love that all of my clients are well prepared for their labor and birth because of having taken this class and that it has increased both my client base and income.

As the creator of the class, I love getting the text messages from our instructors that say “Prep4Birth for the win!” or “The nurses wanted to know how I knew what to do and I told them that I was a Prep4Birth Instructor!”

- EMILY WANNENBURG

“Becoming a Prep4Birth Instructor has been incredibly rewarding for me. It allows me to offer my clients not only suitable exercises but also valuable education throughout their pregnancy journey. These are things that I personally wished I had known during my own pregnancy. It's fulfilling to empower expecting mothers with the knowledge and support they need to navigate this special time with confidence and ease.”
